TTI 2025 Revenue Reaches USD 15.3 Billion
Milwaukee and RYOBI supported growth across the wider group.
News date:

Techtronic Industries reported 2025 revenue of $15.260 billion on March 3, 2026, up 4.4% on a reported basis and 4.1% in local currencies. Net profit rose 6.8% to $1.198 billion, supported by continued growth in the group's major cordless-tool brands.
Milwaukee grew 7.9% in local currencies, while RYOBI increased 5.4%. Floorcare and Cleaning revenue moved in the opposite direction, declining 9.7%. TTI identified weakness across Hoover, Dirt Devil, Oreck and Vax, showing that the positive group result did not extend evenly across its consumer appliance businesses.
The annual results release reported a gross margin of 41.2%, an improvement of 91 basis points. EBIT reached $1.336 billion, representing an 8.8% margin. The company also generated approximately $1.4 billion in free cash flow and ended the year with a net cash position of about $700 million.
TTI announced plans to buy back up to $500 million of shares over eighteen months. For the cleaning sector, the more immediate operational distinction was between growing power-tool brands and declining floorcare sales. The group's revenue and profit totals encompass both activities, while the separate floorcare figure provides the clearer measure of trading in its cleaning-appliance portfolio.
