Hoover does not have one simple worldwide owner. In North America, Hoover floorcare is part of TTI Floor Care North America within Hong Kong-listed Techtronic Industries; U.S. legal notices name Royal Appliance Mfg. Co. doing business as TTI Floor Care North America. In Europe, Hoover is operated through the Candy-Hoover structure inside Haier Europe, part of Haier Smart Home.
