Roborock Announces S10 MaxV Ultra Steam Debut in South Korea
Korean preorders precede a scheduled 12 October retail launch.
News date:

Roborock announced the S10 MaxV Ultra Steam for South Korea on October 1, 2026, according to Aju Press. The company scheduled preorders for October 1–11 and a retail launch on October 12, making Korea the first announced market for the flagship model.
The robot adds high-temperature steam to its floor-mopping system and uses VibraRise 5.0 vibrating mopping. Reported manufacturer specifications include maximum suction of 36,000 Pa, recognition of more than 300 object types and a body height of 7.95 centimeters. These features address dirt removal, obstacle avoidance and access beneath lower furniture.
The announcement also highlights crossing of raised floor transitions, with the stated 8.8-centimeter capability applying to a double-layer threshold configuration. That distinction matters in Korean homes with different room levels: a compound transition and a single vertical ledge present different physical obstacles.
Aju Press described a launch campaign combining preorder promotions and local care services, including installation-related support. The model joins an increasingly competitive Korean premium robot-vacuum market. Roborock Korea provides the regional product and service context, while the October timetable and Korean configuration should be kept separate from any later announcement for other countries.
