Nilfisk 2025 Revenue Reaches EUR 996.3 Million
Organic sales were nearly flat while reported revenue declined.
News date:

Nilfisk reported 2025 revenue of EUR 996.3 million on February 19, 2026, with organic sales nearly flat in a difficult market. Its annual results showed organic growth of 0.2% and a reported revenue decline of 3.1%, affected by currency movements and the sale of its U.S. high-pressure washer business.
EBITDA before special items was EUR 129.2 million, giving a 13.0% margin, down from 13.6% in 2024. Operating profit before special items reached EUR 67.4 million. The qualification matters because the report also recorded substantial special items, separate from those adjusted measures.
EMEA and Asia-Pacific recorded organic growth of 2.3% and 3.9% respectively. The Americas declined 4.9%, with the comparison affected by a significant backlog release in the United States during the prior year. Management also cited softer orders in that region.
Nilfisk continued production consolidation and cost-reduction work, while free cash flow was negative EUR 15.4 million. For 2026, the company forecast organic revenue growth between minus 1% and plus 2%. The release describes the equipment business's trading performance, providing a financial baseline alongside, but distinct from, the announcements concerning its ownership transaction.
