Husqvarna Group announced appointments across finance, procurement and information technology on June 5, 2026, as it reshaped its senior management team. The company announcement set out different start dates for each role rather than a single immediate transition.

Patrik Johnson was named chief financial officer, with a September 11 start in Stockholm. He was joining from Indutrade, where he had served as CFO since 2018, and previously held finance roles at Sandvik and ABB. Husqvarna said an internal interim arrangement would cover August after Terry Burke's planned July 31 departure.

Lily Guo was appointed to the newly created group-management role of chief procurement officer, based in Hong Kong from August 1. She was joining from Harman International's consumer-audio operations and brought more than 30 years of sourcing and purchasing experience. Establishing the role gives procurement a dedicated position at the group's senior leadership level.

Anders Candell was named chief information officer with an expected start in early December, succeeding Robert Hafredal, who would move to another strategic position. Candell was joining from Skanska. Chief executive Glen Instone linked the appointments to stronger financial performance, procurement development and digital transformation across the group.
