MOVA Reports Red Dot Awards for LiDAX Robotic Mower Families
The June announcement names both the LiDAX Ultra and Ultra AWD series.
News date:

MOVA announced on June 15, 2026 that its LiDAX Ultra and LiDAX Ultra AWD robotic mower families had received Red Dot Design Awards. The award announcement described two series intended for different garden conditions, with exterior design integrated around their sensing and cutting systems.
The AWD family targets more demanding terrain. MOVA lists all-wheel drive, 360-degree 3D LiDAR and dual-camera vision, with automatic mapping that does not require an RTK installation. It gives a maximum slope specification of 38.6 degrees and includes the UltraTrim 2.0 edge-cleaning system.
The LiDAX Ultra series uses the company's UltraView 2.0 sensing arrangement and an UltraTrim 1.0 movable cutting disc. The announcement described applications for lawns up to 2,000 square metres within that family. MOVA distinguished the AWD's more angular styling from the standard Ultra range's simpler exterior design.
The awards recognize product design, while slope ratings, lawn capacity and obstacle recognition remain manufacturer specifications. For a mower purchase, the relevant comparison is the exact model and regional configuration rather than an award applied across a family. The announcement adds design recognition to the lineup without creating a new uniform specification for every LiDAX mower.
