The FCC added two more companies to its list of conditional approvals for foreign-produced advanced robotic devices on November 6, 2026: ABB Robotics, LLC, for its AMMR G0540 and G1240 autonomous mobile manipulators and its P204V autonomous mobile robot, and Pantograph Industries, PBC, for its Pandroid robot hardware.
A week earlier, on October 30, the FCC list added six: OMRON, ATI Motors, ARAPL, Lightberry, SunScout and Swap Robotics. That brings the total to 15 companies since Husqvarna received the first approval on September 9. None of the 15 is a Chinese company.
Two approvals cover cleaning products: four Husqvarna Automower platforms and Matic's robotic floor cleaner and charging dock. The rest cover warehouse and industrial robots, humanoids and other mobile robots from companies in the United States, India, Japan, South Korea, Canada and Europe. T-Robotics' approval covers its entire class of automated guided vehicles.
Conditional approvals are granted by the Department of War. Robot approvals carry no end date as long as the company follows the onshoring plan in its application and passes updated vetting. Foreign-produced robots were added to the Covered List on July 28, 2026; models authorised before then can still be sold.
