WYBOTICS Renews Hong Kong Listing Application

Tianjin WYBOTICS submitted a renewed Hong Kong listing application on April 24, 2026, according to Zhitong Finance's report of the exchange disclosure. CSC International was named as sole sponsor, following the company's earlier application in September 2025.

The application proof published by HKEX describes a business focused on developing, manufacturing and selling robotic pool cleaners. Its portfolio includes cordless, corded and handheld products for cleaning pool floors, walls and water surfaces, with products shipped to sixty countries and regions by the document's latest practicable date.

The filing records 2025 revenue of RMB812.2 million and net profit of RMB100.4 million. It also describes a shift toward the company's own WYBOT and Winny Pool Cleaner brands. Branded products accounted for 83.5% of revenue in 2025, compared with 67.1% in 2023, while the business continued supplying commissioned products to other pool-equipment brands through an ODM model.

That change gives the proposed listing a commercial context beyond expanding manufacturing output: more revenue now comes from products sold under the company's own names. The application is a draft disclosure for the listing process. Its submission did not establish approval, an offer price or a confirmed first trading day.
