Fairland Applies for Hong Kong Main Board Listing
The pool-equipment company filed its application on 17 April.
News date:

Fairland submitted an application for a Hong Kong Main Board listing on April 17, 2026, China Securities Journal reported the following day. The company described a business centred on intelligent pool equipment, with an expanding lawn-care portfolio and a wider integrated-yard strategy.
According to the report's account of the application, pool products contributed 98.2% of 2025 revenue. Energy-management equipment, including pool heat pumps and pumps, formed the largest part of sales. Cleaning robots and water-treatment systems occupied smaller shares, while robotic lawn mowers were still a very small revenue contributor.
The reported financial history showed revenue rising from CNY 488 million in 2023 to CNY 1.017 billion in 2025. Profitability was less consistent: the company moved from a profit in 2024 to a loss of about CNY 120 million in 2025. The report also described higher selling expenses and weaker operating cash flow during the latest year.
Fairland uses both its own brands and original-design manufacturing channels, with overseas customers accounting for most sales. The filing brings that business and its financial history into the listing process. An application does not establish approval, an offering price or a trading date; those require separate steps and disclosures.
