Hayward Names Jared Arrowood Chief Accounting Officer
Eifion Jones remains CFO as Arrowood takes the principal accounting role.

Hayward appointed Jared Arrowood vice president and chief accounting officer on October 2, 2026, with immediate effect. Its announcement assigns him oversight of global financial reporting, tax, operational finance and technical accounting.
Arrowood continues reporting to Eifion Jones, senior vice president and chief financial officer. The appointment changes the principal accounting role; Jones remains CFO.
Arrowood joined Hayward in 2023 and became vice president and corporate controller in 2024. The promotion places an existing executive in charge of accounting functions across the pool-equipment and outdoor-living technology group.
