Fluidra Reports First-Half Growth and Agrees to Buy Hydrapro
The French water-treatment transaction remains subject to closing conditions.
News date:

Fluidra reported first-half 2026 sales of EUR 1.258 billion on July 30, up 5% at constant exchange rates. Adjusted EBITDA reached EUR 321 million, up 6% on the same currency basis.
The group also signed an agreement to acquire French pool-chemical manufacturer Hydrapro. Its release expected completion in early 2027, subject to closing conditions; this was an agreement announcement, not a completed acquisition.
Fluidra reported 21% first-half sales growth at Aiper, in which it owns a 27% stake. The minority investment should not be described as full ownership.
