Pudu Launches CC1 Pro with AI Inspection of Cleaning Results
The commercial cleaning robot added rear-camera checks, repeat cleaning and adaptive floor-treatment settings.
News date:

Pudu Robotics launched CC1 Pro on May 27, 2025, adding inspection of cleaning results to its commercial floorcare platform. The robot builds on CC1's combination of sweeping, scrubbing, vacuuming and dust-mopping, with new functions intended to identify unfinished work after a cleaning pass.
In the company announcement, Pudu described a rear camera that checks the floor, marks persistent stains on a map and directs the robot to clean those locations again. A heat map then shows areas that may still need staff attention, giving facility teams a record of results as well as task completion.
CC1 Pro also changes cleaning intensity according to the surface and dirt level. It can apply stronger treatment to heavily soiled sections and use less intensive settings elsewhere. Component monitoring is intended to detect contaminated brushes or squeegees that could leave streaks or residual water, prompting another pass or a maintenance alert.
The navigation system combines visual and laser mapping without requiring ceiling markers. Pudu positions the machine for retail centers, hospitals, airports and warehouses, where staff need to supervise cleaning across changing layouts. The May announcement established the product's launch chronology; subsequent distribution of the release in June covered the same introduction.
