Pudu Robotics introduced MT1 Vac on July 15, 2025, adding a dedicated dry-cleaning model to its commercial range. The robot combines sweeping, vacuuming and dust-mopping for locations such as airports, hotels, casinos and office buildings, including facilities with large carpeted areas.

According to the company's product announcement, MT1 Vac sits between the wet-cleaning CC1 family and the original MT1 sweeper. It adds a twin-fan vacuum system and a 55-centimeter suction path, extending the platform's role from collecting larger debris to removing finer dirt over broad floor areas.

Waste storage comprises a six-liter internal bin and two seven-liter disposable bags, giving a combined capacity of 20 liters. Pudu also describes standard filtration and an optional higher-grade filter configuration. These features address the frequency of emptying and the handling of collected dust, alongside the machine's basic cleaning coverage.

The robot combines visual and LiDAR mapping and adjusts brush pressure, roller speed and suction for different surfaces. Pudu says that supports transitions between carpet and hard flooring in mixed-use buildings. An optional vertical suction module extends the available cleaning functions. The launch adds a more specialized vacuuming option to the company's portfolio rather than replacing its existing wet-cleaning machines.
