Pudu Reports Production of Its 100,000th Service Robot
The milestone unit was a CC1 Pro produced at Pudu's Jianhu factory in Jiangsu.
News date:

Pudu Robotics completed its 100,000th service robot on June 10, 2025, at its Jianhu manufacturing site in Jiangsu, China. The milestone unit was a CC1 Pro cleaning robot, linking the production announcement to the company's recently expanded commercial floorcare range.
According to Pudu's factory update, the Jianhu site began operating in August 2024. It occupies more than 40,000 square meters and was designed for annual production of 100,000 robots. The company described connected systems covering supplier coordination, quality traceability and warehousing as part of the facility's manufacturing setup.
Pudu said overseas markets contributed more than 80% of revenue at the time, with operations spanning more than 60 countries and regions. The production milestone covered its service-robot portfolio, which includes delivery and industrial applications alongside cleaning. It was a cumulative company figure, separate from the factory's annual design capacity.
The announcement also described testing for aging, obstacle avoidance and slope performance across models such as BellaBot, FlashBot Max, CC1 and T300. Choosing CC1 Pro as the milestone machine highlighted the role of cleaning products within that wider business, while the manufacturing and quality systems supported several robot categories.
