The company reported an April 23 opening as it expanded its Americas organization.
News date:

Pudu Robotics opened a new U.S. headquarters in the Dallas area on April 23, 2026. Located at Richardson's Sherman Tech Center, the facility brings offices, a product showroom and on-site warehousing together as a base for the company's Americas business.
In its April 27 company announcement, Pudu said the location would support operations and regional coordination across North and South America. It also described changes to its Santa Clara office, which had become a logistics-support outpost, and a warehouse arrangement covering both U.S. coasts to support nationwide deliveries.
Pudu said nearly 15,000 of its robots had been deployed across the Americas since entering the U.S. market in 2018. Its local organization now includes sales, after-sales service, solutions and marketing teams. Customers span sectors including hospitality, healthcare, retail, property services and industrial logistics.
The regional portfolio includes service-delivery robots, commercial cleaning machines, industrial delivery equipment and general embodied-AI products. Cleaning models named in the announcement include the CC1, MT1 and BG1 series. The new headquarters connects that expanding equipment range with local demonstrations, stock handling and customer support, placing more of the work needed for commercial deployments within the regional organization.
