Pudu Signs Agreement for Robot-Serviced Hotel Project in Shenzhen
The project plans coordinated cleaning, delivery and guest services, with trial operations targeted for late 2026.
News date:

Pudu Robotics announced a cooperation agreement on June 1, 2026, to develop a robot-serviced hotel on the West Artificial Island of the Shenzhen–Zhongshan Link. Its partner is Shenzhen Culture & Tourism Industry Development, with the project intended to connect several robotic services within one hospitality setting.
The joint project announcement covers reception, room delivery, food service and cleaning. Rather than concentrating on one machine, the plan calls for different robot types to work through a shared operating framework across public areas, guest services and back-of-house activities.
The signing event included demonstrations of that portfolio. CC1 Pro and MT1 machines performed floor-cleaning tasks, while FlashBot demonstrated ordering and delivery. T300 handled luggage-transport duties, and BellaBot Pro and KettyBot Pro served refreshments. These demonstrations provided an initial view of the intended applications, separate from a completed operating hotel.
The partners described a phased rollout with a longer-term roadmap extending toward 2030. Selected rooms and robot-supported services were scheduled to begin trial operations by the end of 2026. That timetable makes the June news a development agreement and operational plan: full hotel completion and the opening of all proposed services were still future stages when the announcement was issued.
