Narwal Opens Flow 2 Preorders in North America
The April launch brings VLM-based recognition and an upgraded track-mopping system to the Flow 2.
News date:

Narwal announced North American preorders for Flow 2 on April 13, 2026, moving the flagship robot beyond its January CES preview. The launch release listed a USD 1,499.99 suggested price and a USD 1,099.99 introductory offer for April 13–28 through Narwal's website and Amazon.
The updated FlowWash system uses a moving track mop with 60°C water, 12 N of pressure and a 16-nozzle rinse arrangement. A scraper removes debris while wastewater is collected internally. The design aims to refresh the cleaning surface during a run, rather than waiting for the robot's return to its station.
Flow 2 combines dual RGB cameras and onboard processing with a cloud-based vision-language model. Narwal described object recognition, pet-related functions and quieter operation around cribs. It also listed maximum suction of 31,000 Pa, a 7,000 mAh battery and a dock handling dust collection and mop maintenance.
The station received a redesigned exterior with a glass surface and status lighting. For the North American launch, the central changes were the hotter track-mopping system, updated recognition and maintenance package. The introductory price records the original preorder promotion and is not a current retail quotation.
