What Flow 2 changes
Narwal Flow 2 uses a circulating track mop to refresh the cleaning surface during travel. That distinguishes it from cylindrical roller systems and from the rotating pads found on many earlier robots. The official overview and US retail page provide the basis for this guide. WCB has not performed a hands-on cleaning or endurance test.
Narwal previewed the model at CES 2026 and issued its retail-launch announcement in April. The later white version changes the appearance within the Flow 2 family; it should not automatically be treated as a separate cleaning generation. This page records the base US price checked on September 10, 2026, with bundle and stock confirmation left to the current seller.
Track mopping in a real home
A track mop changes how the cleaning surface contacts the floor and cycles through its refresh system. To evaluate that design, inspect the dried finish across a full room rather than judging a close-up animation. Greasy kitchen residue, dusty edges and the area around furniture legs are useful test points. Contact width does not reveal whether the robot reaches all of them.
Compare Flow 2 with eufy S2 and Saros 20 Flow using the same everyday cleaning task. Pay attention to residual moisture, additional passes and station visits. Their rollers and Narwal’s track use different hardware, so the replacement parts and cleaning routine deserve as much attention as the initial floor result.
Clearance and unresolved temperature claims
The 95 mm robot height can be relevant beneath furniture, provided there is room beyond the nominal measurement. Check the lowest rail and any sagging material along the route. Carpet treatment needs an additional check because the official material contains different numerical mop-lift descriptions. An automatic-lift feature does not by itself establish reliable clearance over a particular rug.
Temperature information also differs between official sections. Some display higher mopping and station-wash figures than the specification text elsewhere on the same product material. This guide does not select the highest value and present it as universal. Ask Narwal for the current regional manual and the measurement point, particularly if heated cleaning is central to your purchase decision.
Versions and market differences
The standard tank station and the optional plumbed arrangement create different installation requirements. A compact station dimension does not establish that the base retail offer includes plumbing hardware or installation. Confirm water and drainage requirements, the exact package and service access before designing a cabinet or comparing it with a self-contained tank model.
The USD 1,299.99 snapshot applies to the base listing checked on the verification date. Colors, accessories and station options may have different prices or availability. Use the full regional model identifier when asking about warranty and consumables. A later color launch or a changing promotional image should not be mistaken for proof of new cleaning hardware.
Maintenance and ownership
Narwal’s retail FAQ gives relatively specific replacement guidance for the track mop, brushes and base filter. Treat the suggested intervals as usage-dependent rather than fixed guarantees. Frequent dirty-floor cleaning can create a different care burden from light daily dust collection. Price the parts locally and check how easily the track assembly can be removed and refitted.
The station still needs owner attention to collected debris and its water system. With a tank model, check lifting space and the route to a sink. With a plumbed model, check installation and access for servicing. Automatic washing and drying do not establish that every recess, filter or collection component can be ignored between scheduled maintenance reminders.
WCB buying view
Flow 2 is a relevant option for buyers who want to compare a track-based mopping system in a low-profile robot. Its station choices may suit different homes, but the installation and included package must be clear. Resolve the temperature and lift discrepancies where they affect your requirements. Then choose on demonstrated floor finish, rug handling and an ownership routine you can maintain, rather than the highest number appearing in a product graphic.

When did Narwal Flow 2 launch?
Narwal previewed Flow 2 at CES 2026 and issued its retail-launch announcement on April 13, 2026. The later white colorway is part of the same model family, not automatically a new performance generation.
What is the current US price?
The official base listing showed USD 1,299.99 on September 10, 2026. Recheck the selected color, bundle, station configuration, stock and final checkout amount; this is a dated snapshot.
Is FlowWash a roller mop?
It uses a circulating track or belt-like mop surface. Cylindrical roller models such as eufy S2 and Saros 20 Flow use a different geometry. The distinction affects contact area, replacement parts and maintenance.
Does it mop with 60°C water and wash at 100°C?
Those values appear in some official sections, while other specification sections show lower figures. The material is not consistent enough to present one universal temperature here. Confirm the current regional manual and measurement point.
How high does the mop lift?
Official sections include 12 mm and approximately 0.4 inch, which is about 10 mm. This guide flags that disagreement instead of choosing the larger number. Verify the final specification if rug clearance is critical.
Is the plumbing station included?
Do not assume so. Narwal lists a separate compact plumbed arrangement alongside the tank station. Confirm the exact bundle, installation requirements and local support before comparing prices.
How often do the cleaning parts need replacing?
Narwal’s retail FAQ suggests track-mop replacement every 1–3 months, side brushes around three months, the main brush around six months and the base filter around three months. Treat these as usage-dependent guidance and follow the current manual and app reminders.
