Narwal Flow 2 vs Roborock Qrevo Curv 2 Flow: Track Mop or Roller, Height and Price
Key takeaways
  • Both continuously refresh a moving mop surface: Narwal's FlowWash is a 26.6 cm circulating track, Roborock's SpiraFlow is a 270 mm roller.
  • Height is the first filter: Flow 2 is 95 mm tall and Qrevo Curv 2 Flow 119 mm, so only Flow 2 fits under a 100 mm sofa on paper.
  • On the September 2026 US snapshots Qrevo Curv 2 Flow cost USD 699.99 and Flow 2 USD 1,299.99; pay the difference only if Flow 2's lower body, higher suction claim or plumbed-station option matters.
In this article 10 sections

Choose the Narwal Flow 2 when the robot must reach under furniture lower than about 12 cm, or you want an optional plumbed station. Choose the Roborock Qrevo Curv 2 Flow when its 119 mm body fits your home and you want a self-rinsing mop at roughly half the price.

Both robots belong to the same 2026 trend: replacing spinning mop pads with a moving mop surface that is rinsed continuously while it cleans. Narwal uses a circulating track and Roborock a cylindrical roller. The bigger practical differences are height and price.

Figures come from Narwal's and Roborock's official product pages. Prices are dated official-store snapshots.

Height Decides Many Homes

Flow 2 is 95 mm tall; Qrevo Curv 2 Flow is 119 mm. That 24 mm gap is the most decisive number in this comparison. A sofa with a 100 mm opening is out of reach for Qrevo Curv 2 Flow on its stated dimensions, and close to the limit for Flow 2. Measure the lowest point including crossbars, and leave a margin for uneven floors.

If your furniture sits above about 13 cm, height stops mattering and price becomes the main factor.

Track Mop vs Roller

Narwal FlowWash is a belt-like track rather than a cylinder. Sixteen nozzles keep refreshing the cleaning surface, and Narwal lists 7–12 N of pressure across a 26.6 cm width, with a 5 mm edge-gap claim.

Roborock SpiraFlow 1.0 is a 270 mm roller fed by eight hydration points, turning at up to 220 RPM in Custom mode with up to 15 N of pressure. Roborock claims an edge gap of less than 10 mm.

Neither company publishes a shared, independent cleaning test, so these figures show design intent rather than results. Replacement parts differ too: Narwal suggests replacing the track mop every one to three months under typical use.

Carpet and Rugs

Narwal uses a CarpetFocus pressure plate and lifts the mop, but its official sections give 12 mm in one place and about 0.4 inch (roughly 10 mm) in another. Roborock lifts the roller 15 mm and adds a shield. In both cases a lift is not removal of the mop, so test thick rugs and their edges before relying on mixed-floor runs.

Suction and Navigation

Narwal claims 31,000 Pa against Roborock's 20,000 Pa in Maximum+ mode. These are manufacturer figures under different conditions; they do not establish which picks up more from your floors. Earlier launch summaries for Flow 2 showed different suction numbers, so rely on the current product page.

For navigation, Flow 2 combines dual 1080p cameras with LiDAR and side structured light. Qrevo Curv 2 Flow uses Reactive AI with an RGB camera and structured light, rated for more than 200 object categories. Small or unusual objects can still be missed by either.

Station and Water Supply

Flow 2 comes with a choice: a tank station (450 × 360 × 530 mm) or a compact plumbed station (410 × 433 × 281 mm) that needs a water connection and is not assumed to be in the base price. Qrevo Curv 2 Flow uses a 450 × 450 × 450 mm dock that washes at up to 75°C at the heater output and dries at up to 55°C at the air outlet.

Narwal's official sections disagree on its washing and mopping temperatures, so we do not quote one figure. Its dock drying is listed at 40°C. Temperatures in docks describe the dock process, not the water on your floor.

Price

On 10 September 2026 the official US stores listed Flow 2 from USD 1,299.99 and Qrevo Curv 2 Flow at USD 699.99. Both are dated snapshots that change with promotions, colours and bundles.

That USD 600 gap buys a lower body, a higher suction claim, more nozzles and a plumbed-station option. It is worth paying only if you need one of those.

Which One Should You Buy?

Choose Narwal Flow 2 when:

  • furniture openings are between about 10 and 12 cm;
  • you want the option of a plumbed station;
  • edge reach and a wider sensor suite matter to you;
  • the higher price fits your budget.

Choose Roborock Qrevo Curv 2 Flow when:

  • your furniture clears 119 mm with a margin;
  • you want a self-rinsing roller at a lower price;
  • higher maximum mop pressure suits sticky floors;
  • you plan to compare total ownership cost carefully.

FAQ

Is Narwal FlowWash a roller mop?

No. It is a circulating track, a belt-like cleaning surface. Roborock's SpiraFlow is a cylindrical roller. The geometry affects contact area, replacement parts and maintenance.

Which fits under a 10 cm sofa?

Neither comfortably. Flow 2 is 95 mm tall and Qrevo Curv 2 Flow 119 mm, so only Flow 2 is below 100 mm on paper, with very little margin.

Which has stronger suction?

Narwal claims 31,000 Pa and Roborock 20,000 Pa. Both are manufacturer figures measured differently, so they do not prove which cleans better.

Is the Narwal plumbed station included?

Do not assume so. Narwal lists it as a separate arrangement alongside the tank station. Confirm the exact bundle and installation requirements.

How much cheaper is Qrevo Curv 2 Flow?

On 10 September 2026 it was USD 699.99 against USD 1,299.99 for Flow 2 on the official US stores. Recheck current prices before buying.
