Xiaomi Launches Mijia Robot Vacuum 7C with Roller Mopping
The China launch lists a CNY 2,704 introductory price before additional discounts.
News date:

The Mijia Robot Vacuum 7C went on sale in China on August 27, 2026, according to IT Home. The model brings a roller supplied with fresh water and an extending edge-cleaning mechanism to a lower-priced part of Xiaomi's robot-vacuum range.
The report listed a JD.com introductory price of CNY2,704. Combining a store discount with an eligible government subsidy reduced the advertised amount to approximately CNY2,068. That conditional offer belongs to the Chinese launch, with purchasing options and local terms available through Xiaomi's sales channels, including its official store.
Xiaomi specifies maximum suction of 30,000 Pa and a roller speed of 200 revolutions per minute. The roller extends toward edges, working alongside brushes to reach the floor perimeter. A camera and line-laser system assist obstacle detection, while ultrasonic carpet sensing triggers the roller to lift by up to 10 mm when crossing suitable carpeted areas.
The robot measures approximately 9 cm high and is rated to cross thresholds up to 2 cm. Its dock collects dust, washes the roller and provides hot-air drying, with separate four-liter clean-water and 3.5-liter dirty-water tanks. Those maintenance features support repeated vacuuming and mopping sessions while keeping fresh water separate from the water collected during cleaning.
