SharkNinja reported third-quarter 2026 net sales of USD 1.98 billion (USD 1,976.4 million) on November 4, up 21.2% from USD 1,630.2 million a year earlier. Cleaning Appliances, the category that covers its floorcare products, grew 4.1% to USD 617.2 million.
Group growth came mainly from other categories. In the results release, Cooking and Beverage Appliances rose 36.6% to USD 597.7 million, Food Preparation Appliances 18.3% to USD 485.5 million, and Beauty and Home Environment Appliances 45.8% to USD 276.1 million. Domestic sales grew 19.4% and international sales 25.2%. Cleaning grew at a similar rate to the second quarter, so the group's headline growth is not a measure of floorcare demand.
Net income rose 79.3% to USD 338.4 million. The figure includes USD 109.6 million recognised from refund claims for IEEPA tariffs paid on 2025 expenses, which the company excludes from its adjusted results. Adjusted net income increased 55.1% to USD 330.9 million, and adjusted EBITDA rose 45.7% to USD 461.3 million, or 23.3% of net sales.
SharkNinja raised its full-year outlook again. It now expects 2026 net sales growth of 18.0% to 19.0%, up from 16.0% to 17.0%, and adjusted EBITDA of USD 1,380 million to USD 1,391 million. The outlook assumes current tariff levels continue for the rest of the year.
