SharkNinja reported first-quarter 2026 net sales of USD 1.413 billion on May 6, an increase of 15.6% from a year earlier. Reported net income rose 3.1% to USD 121.5 million, while adjusted net income increased 25.1% to USD 154.8 million.

The quarterly results included Cleaning Appliances revenue of approximately USD 516.6 million, compared with USD 441.4 million in the prior-year quarter. That category covers several floorcare formats, so its performance provides a closer measure of the cleaning business than total company sales, without isolating robot vacuums as a standalone segment.

The wider group also sells cooking, beverage, food-preparation, beauty and home-environment products. International revenue reached approximately USD 496.8 million, with domestic revenue of USD 916.0 million. These regional totals cover the full portfolio and reflect where customers are billed under the company's reporting definition.

Management raised its full-year revenue-growth forecast to 11.5%–12.5% and adjusted earnings guidance to USD 6.00–6.10 per share. Those ranges were expectations issued with the May results, rather than completed annual performance. The gap between reported and adjusted profit growth also makes the company's reconciliation relevant when assessing earnings alongside the stronger sales result.
