Roborock Launches Saros 20 in North America
The regional introduction highlights its navigation and lifting chassis.
News date:

Roborock launched Saros 20 in North America on March 23, 2026, emphasizing movement through homes with raised thresholds, carpets and tight edges. The company announcement listed a U.S. suggested price of USD 1,599.99, with a lower introductory offer during March 23–29.
The machine combines StarSight Autonomous System 2.0 with AdaptiLift Chassis 3.0. Roborock describes liftable wheels and a climbing mechanism that adjust after the robot assesses the transition ahead. Its quoted 8.8-centimeter threshold capability is a two-layer arrangement of 4.5 centimeters plus 4.3 centimeters, rather than one vertical step of that height.
The cleaning system coordinates the chassis, main brush and rotating mop pads according to the surface. The company advertises maximum suction of 36,000 Pa and recognition of more than 300 object types, with lateral sensing intended to improve movement near irregular edges and household clutter.
The accompanying RockDock automates mop washing, drying and dust emptying, while refill and drainage integration is optional. A Canadian offer was announced separately in Canadian dollars. The launch brings the named Saros 20 configuration to the region, with its retail package and service arrangements distinct from other Saros models.
