Midea Reports Double-Digit Revenue Growth for 2025

Midea reported 2025 revenue of CNY 458.502 billion in its Hong Kong annual-results filing released on March 30, 2026. Revenue increased 12.1% from CNY 409.084 billion a year earlier, while profit attributable to owners rose 14.0% to CNY 43.945 billion.

The filing recorded gross profit of CNY 120.040 billion and operating profit of CNY 54.743 billion. Operating profit grew 16.9%, faster than revenue. Total profit for the year, including the share attributable to non-controlling interests, was CNY 44.520 billion, a different measure from profit attributable to Midea's owners.

The consolidated group spans household appliances, building technologies, industrial technology and other businesses. Its total revenue consequently reaches well beyond floorcare or any one appliance category. The financial statements bring those operations together rather than reporting the performance of an individual cleaning product.

For comparisons, the accounting label matters as much as the headline amount.
