Hayward, the pool equipment maker whose range includes pumps, filters and pool cleaners, reported third-quarter fiscal 2026 net sales of USD 260.1 million on October 28, up 6% from a year earlier. According to its results release, positive net pricing offset inflation and tariffs, and volume grew modestly.

North American sales rose 9% to USD 226.4 million on higher prices and volume. Sales in Europe and the rest of the world fell 6% to USD 33.8 million; the company cited lower volume related to conflicts in the Middle East and a modest price decrease.

Net income rose 35% to USD 32.4 million. Gross margin was 47.9%, up 0.1 point, and adjusted EBITDA rose 9% to USD 64.5 million, a margin of 24.8%.

Hayward raised its 2026 outlook. It now expects net sales growth of about 5% to 6%, compared with about 5% before, and adjusted diluted earnings per share of USD 0.86 to USD 0.88, up from USD 0.84 to USD 0.87. Chief executive Kevin Holleran said the company had expanded margins and delivered double-digit earnings growth despite continued inflation.
