Gausium Mira Receives ISSA Innovation Award in Automation and Equipment
Gausium reported that Mira won its category at ISSA Show North America 2025 in Las Vegas.
News date:

Gausium said its Mira autonomous floor-cleaning robot received Innovation of the Year in the Automation & Equipment category at ISSA Show North America 2025. The company announcement, published on November 14, placed the award ceremony at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas.
Mira combines pre-sweeping and scrubbing so that loose debris and wet floor cleaning can be handled in one pass. Gausium also described remote deployment and a self-cleaning wastewater tank, addressing setup and maintenance as well as the cleaning route itself. The robot was designed to pass through aisles as narrow as 26 inches.
The exhibition presentation paired Mira with Gausium Leaves, a concentrated detergent format intended to simplify dosing for the company's robots. The combination put attention on how cleaning teams prepare and maintain autonomous equipment, rather than focusing only on the machine's movement across a floor.
The recognition applies to the named automation and equipment category within the ISSA innovation programme. It is an exhibition award, not a comparative field test establishing lower operating costs or better cleaning in every facility. The announcement gives Mira a documented industry recognition while leaving site-specific performance to deployment experience.
