ECOVACS Introduces DEEBOT X8 PRO OMNI with Self-Washing Roller Mop
The CES 2025 presentation also included GOAT robotic mowers and new WINBOT window-cleaning models.
News date:

ECOVACS presented the DEEBOT X8 PRO OMNI at CES on January 6, 2025, introducing its OZMO ROLLER mopping system. The company announcement placed continuous roller washing at the centre of the robot's floor-cleaning design.
The system refreshes the roller while it is cleaning, rather than relying solely on a damp surface that returns to the station after working through an area. That approach changes how clean water and collected dirt are handled during a pass. It also extends the DEEBOT range beyond the mop formats used in earlier products.
The wider CES portfolio included the GOAT A3000 LiDAR mower and the WINBOT W2 PRO OMNI and WINBOT MINI window cleaners. Together, they covered indoor floors, outdoor grass and vertical glass surfaces. Those applications have different operating and installation requirements, even though each uses robotics to reduce repeated household work.
ECOVACS set February 18 as the planned launch date for the X8 PRO OMNI and T50 MAX PRO, with pricing to follow. The January release therefore established the product introduction ahead of the intended retail launch. The dates for those two floorcare models should not be assumed to apply to every lawn or window product shown at the same event.
