ECOVACS Details DEEBOT X11 PowerBoost Charging at IFA 2025
The company's September 7 IFA update described short charging stops during routine mop cleaning.
News date:

ECOVACS detailed its DEEBOT X11 PowerBoost charging system in an IFA update published on September 7, 2025. The design adds charge during the robot's regular mop-cleaning stops, combining battery management with maintenance that already interrupts a cleaning route.
The company said a three-minute visit to the station could restore 6% of battery capacity under its stated conditions. Power scheduling and repeated short top-ups were intended to reduce longer pauses for charging. This describes the charging strategy; the duration of a complete cleaning run still depends on the area, selected settings and the work the robot performs.
The X11 presentation also included OZMO ROLLER 2.0 and TruEdge 3.0. ECOVACS described a high-density nylon roller and an edge-cleaning arrangement intended to improve contact with the floor and access along room boundaries. These cleaning features operate alongside PowerBoost rather than being battery specifications themselves.
The Berlin display included other DEEBOT products plus WINBOT window cleaners and GOAT robotic mowers. ECOVACS used the event to present its wider household robotics range as well as the X11 update. The September 7 release records that exhibition communication; it does not establish a first announcement or a single worldwide retail date for the robot.
