Worth considering for
Where it makes sense
Consider F25 ACE Pro when hands-on spill removal, foam application and powered steering solve a daily hard-floor cleaning need. Test carrying and servicing effort as well as floor movement.
Before you commit
When to look elsewhere
Unattended scheduled cleaning, general carpet shampooing, or a purchase based on an assumed boiling-water floor treatment.

| Specification | Official claim | What it means for you |
|---|---|---|
| Cleaning format | Manually guided wet-and-dry washer | Requires an operator; this is not a scheduled robot vacuum. Source ↗ |
| Foam system | JetFoaming | Requires the dedicated Foam Cleaning Solution. Source ↗ |
| Suction claim | 25,000 Pa | Manufacturer test, not comparable with filter-free wet cleaners. Source ↗ |
| Downward pressure | 30 N | Cleaning load differs from the weight felt while carrying the machine. Source ↗ |
| Brush speed | 430 RPM | Manufacturer operating claim; not a cleaning-quality score. Source ↗ |
| Clean-water tank | 1,000 ml | Refill frequency also depends on foam and water settings. Source ↗ |
| Runtime | Up to 60 minutes in Eco mode | Intensive settings and real use can shorten runtime. Source ↗ |
| Recline and clearance | 180° lay-flat / 12.5 cm | Check the full route beneath furniture, not just the opening. Source ↗ |

What F25 ACE Pro is for
F25 ACE Pro is a manually guided floor washer for wet and dry mess on suitable hard floors. The global product page emphasizes foam application, powered movement and access beneath furniture. It belongs in a different buying decision from a robot: you control the route and timing, which can be useful immediately after a kitchen spill or a messy meal.
The model appeared in Roborock’s 2026 launch lineup, and the Australian introduction confirms its regional rollout. This guide uses official specifications, not a WCB hands-on test. A current local selling price remains unverified here, so the comparison focuses on cleaning tasks and ownership rather than a speculative discount.
Foam and dirty-floor performance
JetFoaming is the distinctive feature to assess. Ask to see how the approved solution is loaded, applied and recovered, then examine the floor after drying. Removing visible liquid is only part of the job: greasy residue, foam left along edges and additional passes all affect the real time required. The dedicated solution also belongs in the running-cost calculation.
The 1 L clean-water tank can reduce refills compared with a smaller reservoir, depending on settings. It does not tell you how often the dirty-water tank will need attention. For a realistic demonstration, include the interruption to empty and rinse the machine. A long runtime claim has limited value if your usual mess fills the recovery tank much earlier.
Handling and under-furniture reach
Powered steering assists movement while the wheels remain on the floor. Carrying the cleaner upstairs, lifting it into storage and emptying its tank are separate physical tasks. Try the direction changes you make around dining chairs, and check whether the machine can turn in your narrowest passage without repeated repositioning. Do not equate wheel assistance with low machine weight.
The lay-flat feature is useful only where the full cleaning head and body can pass. Measure beneath furniture and check for rails, cables and floor transitions along the route. App remote control is limited by the official footnote to the laid-flat position and requires a connection. It does not give this washer the autonomous mapping behavior of a robot vacuum.
Versions and market differences
Distinguish F25 ACE Pro from the earlier F25 ACE and from other F25 variants. The Pro’s foam system, tank specification and suction claim should not be copied onto an older listing. Ask the seller for the exact model code and the contents of the local package, especially which solution is included and which replacement roller fits.
The heating language needs equal care. Roborock’s 95°C cleaning footnote identifies hot air blowing over water, explicitly excluding a claim about the water temperature itself. That is not evidence of 95°C water applied to your floor. Match the intended use to the flooring maker’s care instructions instead of inferring a steam-cleaning or sterilization capability from a temperature headline.
Maintenance and ownership
The owner still handles wastewater, debris and accessible cleaning components after a task. A powered wash or drying cycle can help with the roller, but it does not empty the recovery tank or remove every trapped piece of debris. Ask for a demonstration of the complete post-cleaning routine, including access around the scraper and roller ends.
Budget for the approved foam solution and compatible consumables, and check regional supply before purchase. The dock needs a practical position near power with enough space to lift the machine and service it. If cleaning frequency is high, compare the fast and quiet drying options against the time between uses; the shortest cycle is not a universal guarantee of dryness.
WCB buying view
F25 ACE Pro is relevant when you want immediate, directed cleaning and can make use of its foam and steering features. Compare it with Dyson PencilWash if carrying weight and a simpler wet-cleaning routine are priorities. The best choice depends on your actual spill pattern, room layout and willingness to service the machine after use. Choose an autonomous robot separately if the main goal is cleaning while you are away.

Is F25 ACE Pro a robot vacuum?
No. It is a floor washer that you guide by hand. Powered wheels, an app and remote control do not establish autonomous room cleaning or scheduling.
What changes from F25 ACE?
The Pro adds JetFoaming and lists a 1,000 ml clean-water tank and 25,000 Pa suction. The earlier F25 ACE specification lists 740 ml and the series’ 20,000 Pa claim. Compare the exact local package and handling, not just the suffix.
Can I use ordinary detergent for the foam feature?
The official page calls for the dedicated Foam Cleaning Solution. Follow the supplied instructions for each reservoir; automatic detergent dosing is not permission to substitute an arbitrary household cleaner.
Does it clean with 95°C water?
That is not established by the cited footnote. Roborock says the 95°C figure is the hot-air outlet blowing over the water, rather than the water itself. This guide preserves that distinction.
How does remote control work?
The official footnote limits remote control to the machine laid flat at 180°, with an app connection. It is an assisted under-furniture function, not a robot-navigation feature.
Is it easier to handle than Dyson PencilWash?
Powered steering can reduce effort while moving on the floor, while PencilWash emphasizes a lighter machine. Carrying, turning and tank emptying are different tasks; compare all three in person. WCB has not conducted a handling test.
What price should I expect?
The Australian launch is documented, but a current regional selling price was not verified for this guide. Ask for a dated local offer with the exact Pro model, foam solution and warranty terms.

WCB interpretation: Compare refill frequency, handling and cleanup after use. A larger tank helps some homes but does not establish lower carrying effort or a better dried floor finish.
