Roborock Advances through Hong Kong Listing Hearing
The step precedes any offer timetable or completed listing.
News date:

Roborock passed a Hong Kong listing hearing on January 15, 2026, according to a company announcement reported on January 17. The development moved its proposed H-share listing forward while further approvals and offering arrangements remained outstanding.
The report said Roborock had received a letter from the exchange following the hearing. That letter did not amount to final listing approval, and the exchange retained the ability to raise further comments. Pricing, the size of an issue and the start of trading were therefore separate steps beyond the hearing milestone.
The announcement also provided a preliminary view of 2025 operations. Roborock expected attributable annual net profit of at least CNY 1.34 billion, based on audited nine-month results and unaudited fourth-quarter information. The figure was an estimate at that stage, with the later audited annual report determining the final financial result.
Roborock was already listed in Shanghai, so the proposed Hong Kong transaction concerned an additional market for its shares. The HKEXnews disclosure service provides the official venue for Hong Kong listing documents. The January news records progress through a review stage; it does not indicate that investors could already trade the proposed H shares.
