Electrolux Reports 2025 Results and Proposes No Dividend
Adjusted operating income reached SEK 3.657 billion.
News date:

Electrolux reported 2025 net sales of SEK 131.282 billion in its year-end release on January 30, 2026. Revenue was below the previous year's SEK 136.150 billion, while operating income excluding non-recurring items increased to SEK 3.657 billion.
The company said higher volumes, a better sales mix and cost savings supported earnings. Cost-efficiency measures contributed approximately SEK 4.0 billion during the year. This helped the group improve adjusted operating income despite a competitive appliance market and pressure from external costs.
In the fourth quarter, net sales were SEK 35.112 billion and organic growth was 2.0%. Operating income reached SEK 1.517 billion, a 4.3% margin. Electrolux reported stronger operating cash flow after investments and a lower net-debt-to-EBITDA ratio at year end, alongside continued pricing pressure in North America.
The board proposed that no dividend be paid for 2025. At the results date, that was a recommendation for the subsequent shareholder decision. The annual figures cover Electrolux's global appliance operations, while the fourth-quarter numbers describe only the final three months. Organic growth also adjusts for factors such as exchange rates, explaining why it can differ from the movement in reported sales.
