Dyson Holdings distributed GBP 750 million to Weybourne Holdings in 2025, Bloomberg reported on October 2, 2026, citing Singapore registry filings. The payment increased from GBP 200 million in 2024, reversing a period of lower annual distributions to the Dyson family's holding company.

Weybourne manages investments beyond the appliance business, including interests in finance, property and agriculture. Bloomberg placed the latest distribution in the context of earlier transfers from Dyson's companies, including a GBP 1.2 billion dividend in 2022. The 2025 figure concerns money distributed to the holding company, rather than spending on a new product or factory.

The report also described Dyson Holdings' operating performance. Revenue was about GBP 6.1 billion in 2025, down from the previous year, while operating profit rose to GBP 603 million. Dyson's separately released results put revenue at GBP 6.13 billion and EBITDA at GBP 1.11 billion.

The larger dividend therefore accompanied a business reporting lower sales but higher operating profit. Dividend payments, revenue and earnings are separate financial measures, and the distribution does not establish the profitability of Dyson's vacuum-cleaner range. The accounts cover the company's broader appliance activities, including products outside floorcare.
