DEWALT expanded its cordless carpentry range on August 11, 2026, adding cutting, sanding and fastening tools for professional users. The Stanley Black & Decker brand said the products were available through its sales channels at the time of the announcement.

The additions included a 20V MAX XR 6½-inch plunge track saw, five- and six-inch random orbital sanders, an oscillating multi-tool and a 16-gauge straight finish nailer. The lineup covers several stages of a carpentry job, from cutting material to surface preparation and final fixing.

Specifications and package contents vary by item. One track-saw kit included an 8Ah battery, charger and two connecting tracks, while the sanders were listed with batteries and chargers sold separately. The official announcement also identified individual product codes, which distinguish bare tools from kit configurations.

The release extends DEWALT's cordless platform within professional carpentry rather than announcing a separate cleaning-appliance range. Its relevance to the wider equipment market is the continued addition of task-specific tools around a common battery platform. For purchasers comparing the new products, the model code and included accessories are more precise identifiers than the shared family name.
