What the AWD chassis changes
LiDAX Ultra 2000 AWD combines four driven wheels, independent suspension and two cutting discs in a larger mower than the non-AWD LiDAX Ultra 1000. The main reasons to consider it are traction, a wider 40 cm cutting path and the ability to manage more demanding lawn geometry. A higher capacity label alone is not the whole change.
This guide follows the exact global 2000 AWD variant and the dated March 2026 launch campaign. It should not be confused with the non-AWD series or a later AWD Flex family. The official documentation supports the specification, while real mowing output and traction still require evaluation in the intended garden.
Interpret slopes and obstacle claims
MOVA advertises four 116 W hub motors, independent suspension and obstacle crossing up to 6 cm. The slope limit is 80%, approximately 38.6 degrees. Percent gradient expresses rise relative to horizontal distance; treating it as 80 degrees would dramatically misstate the capability.
Actual slope use also depends on wet grass, turns, soil and the location of boundaries. Check the route to the charging station and areas where the mower would need to turn near a drop. Mechanical capability does not remove the need for mapped exclusions and appropriate separation from pools, roads or other unsuitable boundaries.
Separate capacity, runtime and charging
The 2000 version supports a 2,000 m² map, while dual-map management allows two independent areas. That does not establish 4,000 m² of daily mowing. The separate 800–1,000 m² per-charge and 150–170 minute figures are laboratory operating claims that must be considered alongside charging and transfer between isolated lawns.
The page lists a 7.5 Ah battery and 243 Wh energy, with a 36 V marketing class. Use the stated energy rather than deriving a conflicting value from the class label. Select the complete LiDAX Ultra 2000 AWD name and regional model code. The 1000 and 1600 AWD listings, the non-AWD LiDAX range and ViAX use different capacity or hardware combinations. The global page advertises three years of 4G service. Confirm the included module, local network coverage, service activation and renewal terms before assigning value to that claim.
