T16 Pro Steam expands Dreame’s manually guided floor-care range with a dedicated steam mode. The French product page separates Steam, Hot Water and Smart operation. That separation is useful when deciding whether a recurring cleaning problem needs heat, a normal wet pass or a different appliance altogether. Try the full working setup, not just an unloaded handle demonstration. The machine’s weight matters when lifting across a raised doorway or moving between floors. Steering comfort matters during tight turns and repeated push-pull movement. Consider both tasks and decide which is likely to limit practical use in your home.

Measure storage using the Steam model’s own dimensions. The neighboring Heat version does not have an identical body or station footprint. Leave room to remove tanks and access the roller, and check under-furniture clearance with the actual head. A cleaner that technically fits in a cupboard can still be inconvenient if every water change requires moving other objects.

T16 Pro Steam deserves a shortlist position when compatible floors and recurring residue justify a steam option. Compare it with T16 Pro Heat and F25 Ultra Steam Gen 2 using mode-specific endurance, handling and after-use care. A stronger heater headline is not a substitute for a suitable cleaning method and a floor finish you have actually observed.
