PUDU BG1 Series Receives ISSA Awards in South Korea and Australia

Pudu Robotics announced on October 13 that its BG1 series had received two ISSA awards across events in South Korea and Australia. The recognition adds an international exhibition milestone for the large commercial cleaning range introduced earlier this year.

According to the company announcement, BG1 won the Robotics Award category at the ISSA ASIA AWARDS 2026 and the People's Choice Award at Australia's ISSA Excellence Awards. These are separate distinctions; the latter reflects the audience-choice category rather than a universal performance ranking.

The BG1 series launched in March for large facilities such as warehouses, retail complexes and industrial sites. Pudu describes a workflow combining dry-debris collection and wet scrubbing, with adaptive cleaning controls and an extending brush for edge coverage. The company says first-month pre-orders exceeded CNY 100 million; pre-orders are distinct from delivered sales.

Pudu also noted that its MT1 had received the Australian People's Choice Award in 2025. The latest announcement therefore records consecutive recognition for two different cleaning platforms. For BG1, the October news concerns the awards and commercial progress, rather than a second product launch.
