Omni C28 brings roller mopping and station automation into another part of eufy’s range. The UK listing describes a HydroJet roller, DuoSpiral brush and five station functions. Its value depends on how much routine floor care it can complete between owner visits to the station. The presence of an Omni name does not make it the same platform as Omni S2.

This guide uses official product material and a dated UK price, not a WCB hands-on test. The Irish model page adds detail about the rinsing system. Those descriptions help identify the mechanism, but a buyer should still inspect the dried floor, roller condition and missed areas after a representative job. A water-rinsed roller is a design choice, not a guarantee of a particular finish.

The useful demonstration includes a normal hard-floor route with a few recurring dirty patches. Observe whether the robot returns for washing at sensible intervals and whether those visits interrupt the job. A kitchen-only run and a whole-home session can produce very different water use. Plan around the station’s clean-water supply and the owner’s willingness to empty used water.

Runtime needs the same care. The published combined vacuum-and-mop duration is shorter than the vacuum-only figure. The 4.35-inch height and 0.79-inch crossing claim are starting points for measuring the home. Leave a clearance margin under furniture and check the shape of raised transitions. A rounded threshold approached straight on is different from a sharp track at an angle. For multiple levels, plan manual carrying and continued access to the station for roller preparation, washing and charging.

Confirm the supplied manual before using any fluid. Regional package differences should be resolved through exact contents and instructions, not an assumption based on a general Omni promotion.

Automatic dust emptying still leaves a bag to replace and a passage to inspect. Roller washing still leaves used water, hair and station surfaces to manage. Use app reminders together with visible inspection after unusually dirty jobs. Obtain local prices for bags, rollers, filters and solution before estimating ownership cost.

Position the station where tanks can be removed comfortably and spills can be handled. A cupboard that fits the listed dimensions may not provide sufficient access above it. For the first clean of a dusty home, follow the manufacturer’s preparation guidance rather than immediately spreading a heavy loose-dust load through a wet cycle. Establish a reliable starting routine, then adjust scheduling to actual dirt levels.
