This is an official-source buying guide rather than a WCB performance review. The model also appears in ECOVACS’ IFA 2026 announcement, but the regional specifications must stay separate. The MAX suffix is not evidence that every component is more capable than the similarly named T90 PRO or forthcoming T90S.

The broad roller and water-delivery system are designed to refresh the mop while cleaning. The practical question is how much residue remains after a normal scheduled run. Include a kitchen edge, chair-leg cluster and transition into a rug when evaluating the machine. Open-floor demonstrations can hide the areas that still require manual attention in everyday use.

Keep vacuum suction and mopping pressure separate. Both can be expressed in pascals while describing different parts of the machine. Neither number alone predicts the dried floor finish. Likewise, hot station washing concerns mop care at the dock; it does not mean the robot applies that advertised temperature across your floor during travel.

The listed 257 minutes lacks a clear setting in the cited table, so it should not be treated as maximum-power vacuuming and mopping for that entire duration.

The German MAX listing names dToF and TrueDetect 3D. The T90S preview names AIVI 3D 4.0, while the US T90 PRO has its own specification. Compare the full model identifier on the invoice rather than relying on a shortened T90 name in a retailer headline.

The EUR 549 German selling-price snapshot and GBP 549 UK launch RRP serve different purposes. Neither should be converted into a promise about another country’s total purchase cost. Check the local package, delivery, warranty and return terms. An imported model can also have different app or support arrangements, which need confirmation before purchase.

The station uses a dust bag, and its water tanks remain owner-serviced components. Allow room to lift the tanks, reach the wash area and replace the bag. If the dock will sit inside furniture, verify the placement requirements instead of sizing the opening solely around a promotional image. Easy access makes regular mopping much more sustainable.

Ask for MAX-specific roller, brush, filter and bag compatibility. A shared family name does not guarantee every consumable fits. Plan wastewater disposal and routine inspection after dirt-heavy runs, especially if pets or long hair are common in the home. Automatic drying helps with one part of care, but it does not clear collected debris or refill the water tank.

T90 MAX is most useful to compare as a defined regional package with a published physical specification and current price reference. Its appeal depends on whether it can reach your rooms and handle the floor mix without frequent intervention. Choose it for those practical reasons, and compare T90S only where the newer advertised navigation would address a real problem. A higher suffix or suction number alone is not a sufficient reason to upgrade.
