Dreame L60 Ultra FE is the 28,000 Pa, 97 mm configuration in the official US detailed specification. Some prose on the same page instead refers to 30,000 Pa. This guide follows the detailed specification and its associated footnote, and records the discrepancy so a reader is not given an artificially precise but conflicting claim.

The FE also uses TriCut Brush 3.0 rather than the PE’s HyperStream DuoBrush arrangement. Those differences are more useful for identifying the product than assuming every L60 suffix is a package variation. The page is an evidence-based model guide; it does not claim independent testing of cleaning performance or a ranking based on suction alone.

The listed robot dimensions are 350 by 350 by 97 mm. That is lower than the PE’s 103.8 mm body, but higher than the regular L60 Ultra’s 82 mm specification. Measure the actual furniture opening, including sagging upholstery and crossbars, and allow working clearance instead of equating the body measurement with a guaranteed entry height.

FE’s stated single-obstacle capability is 2 cm. Do not transfer the PE’s separately defined double-level 4 cm claim to FE. A doorway transition, rug edge and rounded ramp present different shapes even when their measured heights are similar. Map the home’s difficult areas before deciding whether a threshold figure is sufficient.

The FE combines an extending mop with a side-brush extension arrangement and a stated 10.5 mm mop lift. Dreame describes up to 40 mm of mop extension for reaching into edge areas. These features can help coverage, but room geometry, furniture legs and rug edges still affect the result. Review carpet settings before scheduling mixed-floor cleaning.

The station’s 100°C claim needs its footnote: the manufacturer defines temperature at the washboard PTC heating area. It is not a claim that the robot mops the floor at that temperature. Hot-air drying is also listed, without a reliably established exact drying temperature in the checked FE specification. The guide therefore does not borrow a temperature from another L60 model.

The L60 family launch announcement is dated 28 April 2026. The US FE listing showed $849.99 on 12 September 2026. White and black options and accessory packages should be checked at order time; prices on a shared promotion do not necessarily refer to the same model or included equipment.

PE offers a different brush system, a taller body and a higher published maximum suction figure. The regular L60 Ultra has another combination of height, suction and obstacle handling. Compare those concrete features and regional support rather than treating the suffixes as a universal good-better-best sequence. The conflicting FE suction prose also makes exact model confirmation especially useful.

The FE lists a 250 ml robot dust bin, 3.2 L station bag, 4.5 L clean-water tank and 4 L used-water tank. Automatic emptying does not mean the robot and station never need inspection. Check the inlet, main brush, side brush and sensors, and replace consumables according to their condition and the manufacturer’s instructions.

Automatic solution dispensing and station washing can reduce routine handling, but water tanks and the wash area still need care. Follow the instructions for approved solution and keep track of local bag, pad and brush availability. A separately sold plumbing kit may be offered in supported regions; confirm the correct kit and installation requirements before planning a water-connected setup.

FE is a reasonable shortlist when its lower dated purchase price, 97 mm body and 2 cm threshold specification fit the home. A household with demanding transitions or a preference for the dual-brush arrangement should examine PE’s exact geometry and equipment. Very low furniture makes the regular L60 Ultra a more relevant comparison.

The checked FE specification lists third-party voice control. Some broader page prose describes other voice features, so confirm the regional feature and firmware if that is essential. The final decision should combine room measurements, debris type, carpet behaviour and ongoing supplies. A larger headline number alone cannot show whether a model will complete the intended routine reliably.
