NEURA Announces Acquisition of ADLATUS Cleaning Robotics
The transaction brings an installed commercial-cleaning platform into NEURA’s robotics group.
News date:

NEURA Robotics announced on August 24, 2026 that NEURA Mobile Robots GmbH was acquiring all shares in Ulm-based ADLATUS Robotics. The release does not disclose a purchase price.
ADLATUS contributes autonomous cleaning and sweeping systems, its own navigation software and hundreds of installed machines, according to NEURA. The companies had already worked together under a partnership dating from September 2025.
NEURA plans to add sensing and AI capabilities and connect the platform to its Neuraverse infrastructure. Those integrations are development plans, rather than capabilities demonstrated across the existing ADLATUS fleet.
