Ningbo Dechang Electrical Machinery increased revenue in the first half of 2026 but reported a sharp fall in earnings. Its half-year summary put sales at CNY 2.310 billion, up 11.70%, while profit attributable to shareholders fell 69.67% to CNY 33.59 million.

Profit excluding non-recurring items declined 77.32% to CNY 22.40 million. Both measures show that the growth in sales did not translate into stronger earnings. The distinction between the two profit figures also makes clear how much of the reported result remained after removing the specified non-recurring items.

Cash generation moved in the opposite direction. The half-year filing reported net cash from operating activities of approximately CNY 101.60 million, up 48.74% from a year earlier. That is a separate measure from profit and reflects the cash movement associated with operations during the period.

Dechang operates across household appliances and motor-related businesses. Its consolidated figures therefore describe a broader manufacturing portfolio, rather than sales of one vacuum-cleaner model. The report follows the company's first-nine-month 2025 update, which also showed revenue growth alongside profit pressure, although the reporting periods are different.
